The constant search for the perfect moment where each one of the variables fall into place in a precise instant which would never come.
The perseverance which leads the photographer to pursue the ideal moment, pretending to have a superpower that makes him different from the rest of the mortals who have a camera in their hands. That repeated attempt is settled by repetition, trial and error.
As those who try to find the formula for eternal youth, the combination of technical rituals and actions seeks to define a photographer´s work, when he finds on any given street a moment that the rest missed out.
During the wait, instants multiply while they overlap and try to converge in one single end (a simulated one), to be consecrated as a God who freezes instants without manipulation which would never come either. There it appears that false moment in photography that we may accept as real and it may allow us to enjoy an instant that did not exist either.
/ Falsa fotografía callejera
La búsqueda constante de aquel momento perfecto en donde cada una de las variables caen en su lugar en el instante preciso que no va a llegar.
La perseverancia con la que insiste el fotógrafo por encontrar aquel momento ideal, simulando un superpoder que lo diferencie del resto de los mortales que posean una cámara en sus manos. Aquel intento reiterado se asienta con la repetición, la prueba y el error.
Como quien intenta encontrar la fórmula de la juventud eterna, esa combinación de acciones y rituales técnicos busca definir el trabajo del fotógrafo que en una calle encuentra ese momento que el resto dejó pasar.
En esa espera se van multiplicando los instantes que se solapan e intentan converger en un solo final (simulado), para consagrarse como un Dios del congelamiento de instantes sin manipulación que tampoco va a llegar. Ahí aparece ese falso momento de la fotografía que quizás aceptemos como real y nos permita disfrutar de ese instante que tampoco existió.
